What is your refunds and return policy?
Anytime it is our mistake we will of course make sure you are either refunded or
sent a replacement item at no charge to you.
In cases where it is not our fault there is some difficulty due to the nature of
custom products. We are unable to issue refunds or returns on personalized
items unless we make an error. Refunds less any shipping charges will be issued
once items are received in new, unworn, unused condition. Buyer is responsible
for return shipping costs, please contact us prior to returning any item. Buyer is
responsible for proper packaging. If the item is not returned in its original
condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase contact us and we'll work with you
to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make
it happen.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you absolutely must cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the
previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to
cancellations, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. A 25% restocking fee
will be deducted from the total refund to cover any work that may have already
begun on your order.
Once a shipping label has been created, we will be unable to cancel your order.
However, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure
you are happy!
What are your processing and shipping times?
With the exception of large orders and out of stock items, your order will be
ready to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the item description,
How fast you receive your order depends on what shipping option you choose
during checkout! There are three shipping speeds to choose from during the
checkout process. Please see SHIPPING for details. If you need your order fast,
please let us know what date you need it by and we’ll let you know how to get it
to you.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Save shipping costs and pick your order up locally! We are available every
Saturday from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October as
well as certain holidays at The Windmill from & Craft Market in
Penn Yan, NY from 8-4:30.
Other times and locations in Elmira, NY are available on request and
availability.
Cornhole sets are only available for local pickup as the shipping cost and the
chance of damage is too high.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are welcome, each sale would be unique and therefore details
in regards to processing time, quantities and pricing would need to be
discussed.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are always welcome. Contact us prior to placing an order to
discuss what you are looking for. Occasionally an up-charge may be needed.
